Republic Financial Services partnered with Impekable and ElevenLabs to build a fully-automated outbound AI calling system for, integrating ElevenLabs Voice Agents as the core of a high-volume intelligent dialer.

We developed a custom full-stack platform that syncs Zoho and Convoso leads, prioritizes and schedules calls based on business rules and real-time analytics, and feeds enriched customer data directly into ElevenLabs agents for personalized, low-latency conversations.

The solution replaces legacy dialers, eliminates after-hours calls, and enables scalable, AI-driven outreach that hands off only qualified calls to human agents dramatically improving speed, compliance, and conversion performance.

ElevenLabs Summit - San Francisco Highlights

We attended ElevenLabs Summit in SF focused on the future of voice-first interfaces and intelligent voice agents, with discussions, previews, and real-world deployment stories across industries.

A few standout highlights:

  • ElevenLabs shared momentum in enterprise adoption, including partnerships that show voice agents in real production environments (not just prototypes).

Independent benchmarking continues to reshuffle the leaderboard. Artificial Analysis’ model rankings/leaderboards track these shifts as new releases land.

Anthropic’s Claude Opus 4.5 also drew attention for strong coding performance, including reported results on SWE-bench Verified.

Why it matters: For teams building production AI systems, it’s less about “the best model” and more about the best model for your workflow (quality, latency, cost, tool use, safety).

New Image Model: FLUX.2 enters the scene

Black Forest Labs released FLUX.2, including an open model on Hugging Face described as a 32B parameter model.

NVIDIA also highlighted RTX-focused optimizations and performance improvements for using FLUX.2 in common workflows.

Why it matters: Higher quality + faster generation makes it easier to operationalize image creation for marketing, product, and design teams.

AI App Revenue: new records

Appfigures reported the “Big 5” AI apps (ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) hit a new high in October at $206 million. ChatGPT led the group in revenue ($187M) and downloads (43.1M) for the 10th consecutive month

Why it matters: The market signal is loud: users aren’t just experimenting AI is becoming a daily habit, and budgets are following.
